Court yuck

So i recieved a summons for appearance in court due to school absences in january. I just recieved it and the court date was for june 9th, so i missed that. But the thing is, i graduated, those absences we're cleared because of community service hours i did with the school in order for me to walk. So im going to go down to the office of the judge right now and see what i can do to avoid having a court date.

Oh btw: I called about it and they said a deputy will come by and serve me new papers for a date in August, so thats what im trying to avoid.

Senior Cook-Out

Well today (the last Monday of my senior year) we are having a senior cookout. A great opportunity to sign yearbooks, hug friends, shake hands, and watch as my senior year comes to a slow stop. It’s a sad time for all of us because we will realize that we are leaving behind a very important part of our lives that we will miss every day. The laughs will fade, the nights will dim, but the class of 2009 will always shine.

Wtf

So i was quietly and intensely playing NFS when i hear  this screaming coming from next house down, these people are usually playful and loud so i let it slide for the first 5 sec until i heard some intense screaming and then a guy starting to scream and then i hear dogs barking and moaning in pain.

After i got off the phone with the police, i heard the aftermath for a bit and found out that it was a couple of dogs fighting and these people we're either caught in the middle or trying to separate them.

End of the Year

well its that time of the year where graduation is going to hit us hard and the thought about life is going to hit even harder. Time has come and gone and the thought of growing up will overwhelm us. Gradation is coming up. holy hell!

A Little Unessesary Snooping

So someone has been snooping around on my twitter feed and they are friends of trisha. Either she asked him/her to, or they just did, they have gone as far as about 4mo of replies and reading followers of mine. Haha pretty outrageous i know! Haha. Oh well, i got nothing to hide, and if i did, i sure as hell wouldnt tweet it, who would, seriously? If someone was cheating on their significant other, im sure they wouldnt publically tweet about it, thats just lame and idiotic, but im not cheating so no worries.

So to the person snooping and basically breaking the unspoken twitter protocol, thanks but no thanks, haha, just go ahead and follow me and be nice and reply once in a while. <3

Feeling alot better than i did yesterday, took some meds and then drank a huge bottle of OJ in the matter of a couple hours, yes i was tripping off the flu meds but i felt so good. Woke up with a min-mini-mini- hangover but thats thanks to Johnson and Johnson. haha

Have a day filled with camera work and action shots, and TSA crap.

Leavin on A Jet Plane

Took a nice 2 hr flight and flew into Austin and then took a nice drive from there to Waco, actually it was brutal and very long but I/We lived. We're (parkland hs tsa) is representing El Paso here in the TSA State competetition. Hopefully if i advance I'l go to Denver in the summer. Sooooo wish me luck everyone.

Time Time Time

Lately I have been "overbooking" myself.  I have just been presented with multiple situations where I have to pick and choose which way I want to go , and i hate doing that. I have a state competition trip to Waco, TX (I don't necessarily have to go) and its really cutting it short coming back on a plan (through the terrible Dallas airport) for prom. Waco isnt a big deal but being my senior year I would like to go. I am due to come back into town at 5pm and prom is that night. Its just one of the many stressful decisions I have been recently faced with.

Senior Time

Feels weird that I am starting to do "seniorly" things here at school. I guess it is finally setting in that the start of my life is finally come and memories will be lost and found. 

Friday is our senior ditch day which should be nice, we're going on a 45min drive to White Sands National Park, which is just sand dunes....basically. haha

Great Easter Weekend

Had an awesome weekend with trish. And this is going to put me in a chronic good mood, which is exactly what i need right now. 

Tennis Done

Just lost my final match to my senior year. Is there a future for tennis in jacob's life, probably, idk yet.  Out of high school tennis is very competitive and ridiculously fast. oh well. 

Sad Time

Today is an I dont care day. Im not one to be depressed and I wouldn't label myself as being depressed but I do have emotions unlike I have felt in a while. I do love her, I just feel betrayed by what she has done. We we're in a great spot in our relationship and this was definitely a set back.

Feeling a tad sick and it doesnt feel good. Sore throat, slight fever, and worst of all; i feel like shit. That the worst. The only good thing to come out of being sick is the ability to not care about what you look like that day.

Bad Mood ;(

I don’t know why I am just in a bad mood today. I have no real reason, maybe it’s the neck pain I’ve been having for a while, but I just feel like cussing someone out. And weird thing is, that’s not my thing. I am usually a fun loving guy, maybe it’s the morning fever thing. Idk but I’m going to try to listen to some music and get in a better mood. UGH!

A.M

why I am up so early is beyond me. I think its due to the fact I
went to bed at 8 and got some goooood leather coach sleep. I just woke up
randomly and went to bed. I'm still debating wither this is a good thing or
bad, oh well, at least I have time to catch up on some interweb stuff.

Ruidoso,NM

This weekend's mini-trip was a great and much needed
break from the first week back from school. Started with an early
morning drive , mid day innertubing down fresh white goodness, then a
night of family, friends and a great cabin. So I sit here, listening to
the popcorn pops of a dying fire, watching as stimulated kids try to
sleep, typing these exact words, and I feel so....relaxed. Something
that only these circumstances and this city can help me achieve.
21degrees tonight, snow in the coming days, leaving tomorrow, and I wish
I could stay longer. this 24hrs of relaxation was and is great. thanks
